1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you have completed more than 20% of the course or if the refund request is made after the 14-day period.

  • Include your order number, the course name, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Refund requests submitted after 14 days or without the required information may not be processed.

5. Course Cancellations and Change

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify courses. In the event a course is canceled by us, students will be offered a full refund or credit toward another course.
